I'm taking part in Dax's 30lb in 30 days challenge ( http://www.mylondonpersonaltrainer.com ), and I'm very excited. I'm 18 years old and 140lbs, and have just finished college, so now is the time for me to get my body in shape. I don't want to spend my whole life worrying about being over weight and having that constant battle, so I'm changing now!
My measurements are;
Chest; 37"
Waist; 31"
Hips; 37.5"
Thighs; 36.5"
Calves; 25.5"
And here are my before photos - not so proud of them, but they'll look fine next to my final ones!!

My wife, Melissa, is doing this challenge as well and I am so proud of her and of all of you! Keep up the great work! A whole week down and look at all the changes and results - in so many ways. You truly are a bunch of incredible people - so inspirational in staying with the workouts, the food guidelines and the posting. Totally brilliant!
